Field Sales Representative

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Field Sales Representative is responsible for selling XCM Solutions' award-winning Workflow Solution to both Accounting Firms and Corporate Accounts in the territory in which the individual resides. The candidate should both live in and have successfully sold software solutions into the assigned territory. Responsibilities include attaining sales goals, making independent sales calls and presentations, cold calling, and closing sales. While this is a cloud-based software solution, selling value is the key to the success of the XCM Sales Representative.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Attain sales targets and assigned quota
  • Complete required sales reporting
  • Provide support at marketing events and conferences

Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree
  • Minimum four years successful outside sales experience, preferably for a SaaS-based software model
  • Self-starter/high energy individual
  • Excellent comunication and time management skills
  • Ability to work from home office and travel ~40%
